Good resort, facilities is quite old. Room is still in good condition. Staff have do their best with limited resources. Water is not that clean for washing dishes and face.

Pool is great and long.

Was a very beautiful resort of private pool villas, now closed and abandoned by current owners, very sad.

Not in 5 stars like its used to be ten years ago.
Need serious renovation. Room still fine. Airconditioning system still okay. But VERY lack of maintenance on overall resort. Tree drying. No green grass see on ground in the resort. Look like abandone resort hiding in far away mountain.

The ONLY score I give to Guti is you could NOT find a pool villa resort in price so CHEAP as under 3000 Baht on the weekend in Cha-am Huahin. Or said, in Thailand.

I found 4 Break bowls at Brakfast All Day dining which on the buffe line to serve for guest!!

Pool deck at main pool is low maintenance when you step on the edge of the wood, another side of the wood is move up, i almost fall down.

The landscape is very poor all area look dry and the plant is not well growing.

Private villas with proper jungle infinity pools this resort is very luxurious professional and has wonderful food and drinks making it a peaceful paradise.....seeking action?? There is free hi speed WiFi and a FREE shuttle both to and from Hua Hin town beach resort bars and lobster bistros.

Great place in the nature. Fantastic garden with exotic plants, trees, birds. Huge pool villas. Very low pricing (as its not new). Staff is helpful but not really professional.

Terrible . Was on a 13 klms walk and called in for breakfast. The buffet was 550 baht. All the buffet food cold. No burners under the dishes. Ham floating in cold water not appealing and stale bread. Never to return.
