Booked family room for 2 nights for 3 person. Room no. 307.

Pros: Room was big. Able to early check in. 2 king size beds for a family room. Hair dryer was small and light weight yet powerful enough to dry my hair. Small balcony able to hang dry our clothes after handwash.

Cons: bad cleanliness..
Floor was not clean. Table got so many small ants. Even bed also got insect. Inside wardrobe with bad smell. Bathroom tiles stained. Only provided 1 small toilet roll not enough to be used. In the end, we requested 2 extra toilet roll. Very bad lighting in room. Yellow lights were so dim.

The receptionist didn't turn on our electricity after check in, need to go back to the reception and asked why no power after put the key. The second day also same, we stayed 2 nights but they cut off the electricity and need to go down to check with them. Too many staircase to the lobby, reception and lift. Too difficult when you have many luggage.

They only provided 1 key, which is inconvenient for group of people. The door key was the knob type, which is no safety at all.

Whether this is for you depends on what you can afford.. it's 40% cheaper than the presumably nicer option across the street. Downsides are noisy aircon and iffy waterspout from sink, and no kettle in the room. I travel with a collapsible silicon kettle so no big issue for me. Room a bit old and slightly musty smell but really still ok. Bed clean and comfortable. Housekeeping friendly and good. Reception friendly. Very little English spoken though. Late-night guest joining was no problem either.

Really basic hotel with old design furniture and TV inside the room. I really doesn't like about room cleanliness, bathroom seems like not clean properly, stain mark in every corner in the bathroom and towels look old and dirty. However, from the lobby look nice and clean. Location was OK, walking distance to shopping mall, shops, bank and easy to get taxi or tuk tuk from here.

The guy receptionist very rude. The shower not really working u0026 water very little u0026 slow. The plug for charging hp not really working. When I complained, he seems like not willingly to serve me u0026 close the light even I didn't get out yet from the room as I was asking to change to other room. I really regret to stay here for 3D 2 N.

Very good value for money. It's a short walk to the main street (5 mins tops) and no more than 10 to the train station. The wifi and aircon worked well. It has a nice wooden door. A good view of the city. There's a fridgea TV and a table with 2 chairs. I had a good nights sleep here. It is well maintained. Water pressure was a little low in the shower was the only niggle but it was fine.

No hot water. Water pressure very low.. Have to stand almost to the wall to shower. We came back 10mins after 12noon on check out day... to a room with no electricity! Want hot water for drinking? Get from the front desk and charged 20bht!

Clean and a bit Quiet But it's Near to the Nightmarket, you can barely walk upon 5- 10 minutes to reach Asia Night market. For Vehicles, got safe garage to Park our motorbike and Car overthere.
