# A really old and dirty hotel with unpleasant soiled carpeting in the rooms. Toilets are stained and yellowish which leaves a very distasteful feeling when staying here. This place need a major overhaul and refurbishment. Prices are reasonable but you can easily get something better,newer and cleaner with the price you are paying elsewhere. Not recommended if you are looking for a clean and comfortable stay in Hatyai.

We made a mistake booking this place in haste thinking it was the Centera hotel. Should have realised the $ difference. This hotel is over 30 years old and looks like it has never been refurbished. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was far from clean. We managed to change our room with a slightly better bathroom. Staff were helpful though.

Better choose other hotels. Corridor carpet is very old and smelly and very warm.
Room are quite big but not comfortable, aircon not cool enough. Old smelly carpet. Old TV box.
Old furniture. No hose in toilet. Ventilator fan not function in bathroom, very warm.
But at lobby cool and spacious.
Very old hotel.

Huge hotel but was not kept tidy. room was smelly, carpet flaky wear and tear, bathroom was really old. Early 80's design. no wifi even though password pasted in room and lobby. what a let down. can get better hotels nearby with similar price and better location.

It is not really good one and it can be said the worst place to stay I ever encounter.. The shower didn't function well, and the bath tub seems like for the toilet accessory only.. The 1st time I came into their room it is just ok with a very nice odour and the television have quite worth channel to watch. The bed is quit ok even it feels quit hard like sleeping on a board. The aircond is quite slow.. Overal, it is just the bath room which is too bad for me.. The wifi also slow.. I'm sorry..

Not recommended. Staff especially housekeeping are very rude and arrogant. Come along way from Malaysia and these ladies show bad image for Thailand. Never know how to smile and no response when we said thank you. Never ever been in a poor PR hotel like this. Should fix this. Only lobby staff and bellman are quite ok. Really frustated.

I was here once and I dont think I will be there again. Good price for room but I dont think you get what you should. The bathroom is errkk.. Fallen tiles, hole on ceiling, bath tub???? crack and broken.. Be careful with the bed.. I had a very bad backache during the stayed..
