The hotel really needs refurbishment so badly. The carpet at the corridor was so so dirty, smells of urine and so stinking. Stains were all over so i guess it has never been wash. Rooms are so old with all the old furniture alrdy that is shouting to be changed. I can even feel the spring from my mattress . Pillow was only one for each. My daughter asked for extra but didnt get. We complaint of the mattress , they send the female staf to test then they said it is ok to them.
U can see the plugs all are from the 80s or 90s. Not sure this is safe or not coz some cant be used.
I know it is a muslim hotel but please do some refurbishment . I think they hv achieved their ROI long time ago but i guess the owner doesnt care becoz people still go.
As for me this will me my first and last time to Yannaty and i will not recommend this hotel to my friends. The corridor carpet was the worst! And the stairs going down at the end of the room smells even worst.had no choice coz my daughter got the end room. So shocked to bump into this chinese uncle smoking at the window there wearing only shorts and nothing on top. Scarry man..
