2nd Review (stayed in August 2017)
So after 6 months, I am back to this hotel my family member. This time around, I booked a family room for 4 people.
Here's my two cents of my 2nd experience with Greenview Hotel:-
What’s best about this hotel
1. Ample car park and still a nice place to park with someone watching at night
2. Still, it is clean surrounding the hotel and the room.
3. Still, very pleasant, helpful and attentive staff
4. Free WiFi and at where we stay at Level 3 (the family room is also here, the signal was strong. Nevertheless, I guess it depends on how far of your room from the WiFi router.
5. I believe it was a reasonable price compared to others for a family room (of 4).
6. Obviously, spacious family room!
NEW improvement for past 6 months (which I am glad and happy to see it, kudos to the management):-
1. They improved the entrance to the restaurant with lights up indicating the restaurant is open. Glad to see this improvement.
2. There is a convenient corner setup for you to buy drinks and snacks, which is a great idea (esp. at night).
3. The hotel setup a Tour Desk to provide advise and assist visits/ tour arrangement. I am yet to use it but I think it is a great initiative.
Room for improvements
1. Still, the hotel needs to think of how to highlight thermal flask / hair dryer which can be borrowed at the reception. Better still, maybe it is about time to think of installing hair dryer and provide electric kettle starting from family room?
2. Providing complimentary 3-in-1 coffee u0026 tea in the room would be a plus point.
3. Add some decoration inside and additional greenery surrounding the hotel.
