Great staff! Friendly and helpful, even the room service. Hotel is nice and clean, albeit a little dated. I liked my window view and my room. Unfortunately the area is a bit dead as for now. Many hotels and eateries are vacated. There’s a Starbucks (maybe the only one in town) nearby though.

Very friendly and helpful staff we encountered at the hotel. Hotel is supposedly located at a very vibrant and crowded location, but covid hit them hard. The area is no longer crowded, in fact is very quiet but there are many yummy food joints and cafe nearby. Hotel is clean, pool area is well maintained too.

Date of stay 08 - 11 July 2022

What I liked?
The rooms are big (not huge, but not cramped).
Bathroom - clean, hot water always, decent toiletries.
House cleaning staff - they did a great job, one of the best.

What I didn't like?
The long wait at the check-in. It was late evening and there were at least 15-20 groups waiting for check-in. The 3 counter staff tried their best to make it as fast as possible, but it took more than half an hour. And the whole time everyone standing and walking around making a chaos there. Instead of making everyone stand, if they had made us sit (may be with a beverage) and call us to go and do the check-in it would have been better.
This was the only 'bad' thing I faced there. A great place.

Will I return?
Yes, of course.

23 April 2022 stayed here three nights. We always stayed here every time we come to Hat Yai. We love the location, the service, and lots of underground parking with 24hr. security. Everything we like is within walking distance from here. The room is old but well maintained. Nothing is broken, no peeling paint, no leaks or moulds. It’s just well used. Air conditioning is icy cold. Bathroom is surprisingly well ventilated for such an old building with excellent water pressure and lots of hot water. Bed sheets and towels are clean and without stains. Housekeeping is excellent. Breakfast is very good with mandatory masking ???? (they didn’t have the Chinese doughnut or pa tong go this time ☹️).

This time however, on our second night, we did encounter a small colony of tiny black ants migrating all over one of the walls. I notified the front desk and they immediately sent housekeeping up to confirm the problem. Within minutes we were moved to another room with the help of a bell boy… oh yes, the bell boy(s)!

The bell boys at this hotel are just so freaking awesome! They treat us like royalty! They always remember us when we visit. They are ever so attentive, exceptionally polite, and always smiling. They always call the elevator for us, always hold the elevator door for us, leave the elevator after us, and are always very eager to help with the luggage. They should be working at some six star luxurious hotel somewhere. Best bell boys ever! ❤️????

Nice room, comfortable bed, clean. Bathroom is dated but adequate. Helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Good location in the centre of Hat Yai, 20 minutes from the airport.

3.5 is a fair rating for this hotel. The manager asked me to give it 5 but I really cannot.
I am wondering if all the folk rating it 5/5 were staying at the same hotel.
Room was basic and OK fot 2 night. Bathroom needs attention. Breakfast pleasant but not outstanding

Re-visit this perfect hotel again after one month. Met the very helpful and kid receptionist, Mr Danial serve us with very best attitude and try his best to fulfil my requirements. Highly recommended to stay with this hotel, clean room and great location.
