Beautiful hotel. Very nice and large room, and that's just superior room. The other rooms must be huge I guess. Very clean, and the bed is excellent. Breakfast during the low season served at your table, from American breakfast to a great variety of Thai dishes. Staff is very helpful. A car is being offered to you to bring you to wherever you want to go in the city, free of charge. That's what I call service. To the beach it's approximately 10 min by foot. We liked the hotel a lot.

Beautiful hotel with clean spacious rooms. The furniture at the balcony doesn't look so good. Staff very friendly polite and helpful. The pool is quite small. Good for relaxing but not for swimming. The hotel is a little hidden and remote. Good place for a getaway weekend. A fair distance from the beach so not visible from the hotel.

One of the best hotels in Bang Saen - nice, clean, modern and large room, friendly staff, good parking, close to beach and night market, just far enough from the roads to avoid the noise from the late night 'dec-wen' street racers. Handy little shop at reception. Grounds surrounded by mature trees.

Only small issue was the unusually noisy ac, and even when you switch off your ac you get the noise from your neighbour's ac compressor which seems to be bolted to your wall. So a very good little hotel, but take earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Very nice resort within an otherwise non-special area.
The Bangsaen beach is less popular among tourists as it is not very clean or organized, although there were some minor improvements recently.
But this place stands out if you are in the region and definitely is worth a visit.
Very supporting and friendly staff! Everything is clean and works. A good place to relax.
Whenever there is a problem, talk to the staff. We initially had a room which was loud because of airconditioning infrastructure. For example, they very quickly arranged everything to move us to a more quite room and did the move for us.

I'm a bit surprised with the great rating of this place.

The only great thing for me was the staff. They are super polite and nice.

Regarding the bad stuff:

For 2,600 THB the room was "so so" it's a large room but the bed not comfortable. Large balcony but poor furnitures. Pool was lame and location average.

Everyone fomenting on how good the breakfast is at that place but I was shocked this morning to see it was cheap processed food floating in water. I had a fried egg and 2 slices of bread with jam. couldn't eat the other proposed stuff.

We decided to leave to go to Tyde resorts which was 800 baht cheaper, 4 stars hotel facing the beach with great buffet break fast and giant pool.

Phu places would have been ok for me if I paid 1200-1500 for a night but not 2600. I have been lured there with amazing reviews and pictures but in the end it's not worth it except the nice staff.

This hotel is great, the owners make it a point To make you feel welcome. All the staff is attentive yet discreet. It's the perfect t place to relax for a long week end or for a longer period of time.

This is a great hotel for spending time with family. The best thing is services. I think this is a must hotel in Bangsean.
