Clean room, affordable price. A bit walk to the beach (acceptable distance. Just have to walk to Bangsaen Sai 1 Soi 3 so you can cut to the beach. We didn’t go with a car and it’s still considered a good location)

We were skeptical at first because there were some bad reviews. But the experience was very nice. The checkin and checkout process were simple and fast.

They have a very cute cat with a mustache!!!!

Ok if have your own car, like a motel only for sleeping. Good English when checked in and out, friendly staff. free fresh coffee at reception in morning. Clean modern rooms but no other facilities. Don't stay if no car, far from beach and small side street has 8dogs sitting on the road ready to hassle you.

Place is ok.
Towels are mixed with old and new, the old ones are so ready to torn apart if you grab them too harsh.
Quite deep in the ally, not good to walk as dogs are aggressive.
Staffs are not that friendly but polite.

clean room, good location, easy parking but wall is not sound proof, you will hear almost everything what people next room are doing.

A little interior. Quiet but the car parking is very tight. The rooms were clean but the receptionist was not very cooperative.

It seems that was refurbished recently and seems okay inside. But the Soi where is designated it's a little bit further away from the see. You need the car for this place.
