Great bar to have a cold beer and gaze out across the road at the beautiful beach. The owner Pat is a top bloke and makes everyone feel welcome. The bar staff are all friendly and provide top notch service.

Fantastic coffee and food. Lovely team all nice and friendly. Highly recommended sitting in the shad overlooking the sea on Jomtien Beach. Unbelievable menu for such a small place. We will be back again. The burgers look the nuts. Spotless clean as well. You can sit in the bar and have a conversation without the music drowning it. Very popular with expats and tourists.

the wombat bar and the walkabout Guesthouse are 2 different locations. the wombat bar is on the map as currently marked on the beachfront, but the walkabout Guesthouse IS NOT on the beach front, it is at "Soi 9", about 100m down the side street. we are staying here now and booked it because we were falsely led to believe that we were going to be staying on the beach front. The room is basic but ok, the internet is useless most ofthe time. Staff are friendly.
