Rooms are big, clean, nice and tidy. Internet connection is fair. Plugs are 2 pin not the 3 pin.The 3 pin plugs are behind the TV. Bathtub available and is stain free. Play area for kids at reception. Swimming pool is clean. Service is good. Breakfast only. Food are available within walking distance
The beach coastline is crowded. It is litter free in the night and spotlessly clean when the crowds have thinned down. Very commendable. All the rubbish are tied up properly. The refuse truck collects it in the night. Traffic is heavy along the road. Good road courtesy.

We booked family garden view suite. No garden at all only garbage view, no children playground, children room or fitness, all old and broken. No fresh air in the room, cannot open windows and not even extractor fan in bath room so smelly and humid. Mattrasses very old and stone hard and old blankets so we bought a new one. No tea or coffee in the room too. Paint fallen off in all rooms.
Staff friendly, one nice swimming pool across the street but hardly any beds and chairs, life vest all broken.
For good breakfast walk outside for 100 meters.

Pros:
1. Located next to Jomtien beach.
2. Near 7-11 and Jomtien night market (on walk)
3. Good services (Most of receptionists)
4. Lovely swimming pool.

Cons:
1. Smelled room
2. Food service place is outside main building near the beach. It may good to see sea view but not good for having meal because the weather is really hot.
3. Breakfast is suck. Not many food for choosing.
4. Lift is slow and you have to push its button many times.
5. Small swimming pools.

Cleanliness was up to our expectation. Excellent service in the bar. The size of the room is ok for us without any big luggage. The room is maintained very clean throughout our stay. The price is good to. The hotel is not wery old u0026 It is wery good hotel for budget travellers.

Hotel is old but good value for money. Have a big swim pool and relaxing environment. Only problem is breakfast is not at the hotel. Need to walk 40m and if raining no shelter. Hotel have golf cart but not covered.

Pretty old and worn hence appropriate price. A few Chinese tour busses were here. Checkin was OK. Lobby filled with employees. Kids room and outdoor playground was sad. Rusty and dangerous. We found blood on our sheets and sheets that did not look changed just the bed remade. No in room safe. It's alright for the price. Being beachfront is a plus. Pool did not look that great. Free Wifi speed as posted 18 Mbps. TV reception is not clear. Breakfast was alright if you know how to mix and match.
