I really cannot say a bad workd about this place. OK, there are no frills, but seriously, for the price the location and comfort are just too good. The bad was perfectly my style, firm etc. We had sea view. We were right next to bars, restaurants, 7 eleven, hair shops, pharmacy, everything. The owners/reception are lovely, smiley, helpful. The tea coffee and food they sell is also great value for money. When you see the price and location, what more can you ask for. Been here twice already and hope to come back again.

Good location, good spacious decorated rooms with fridge and safe box, good view to the beach and the sea from the beach front rooms, a bit noisy from the street but this is logical. The smell of mold in the bathroom is because there is no window in the bathroom so that the humidity could go away and dry the area. But it's not so bad. A good deal in general.

Spacious space, friendly staff, nice location.

Our family connecting room had some problems with air conditioner, but the owner is SO HELPFUL! We can't cancel the booking cuz it's the policy, so he transferred us to another place of his. He said he's gonna renovate this place soon.

Quite a few Cafes and restaurants around the motel, they are open till 2am, so quite noisy at night. Very low water pressure for shower and weak wifi signal in your room.
But very handy location, few steps to the beach and walking distance to night market.

Palm Delight was a great place to stay for our week in Pattaya. Super close to the beach and offers all the amenities you need. Also, their restaurant is amazing.

Only problem was the noise from the street. Some restaurants blast their music until 2-3am limiting our sleep.

Otherwise, a great place to stay. Just bring earplugs.

Bathrooms need immediate renovation/improvement. Airconditioners are 10 years old :( rooms need to be renovated/painted. Looks quite old. Towels are old and are breaking.
Good part is cleanliness - everything is perfectly clean

Rooms is fine, a little bit small, but fine. Shower and airco just make it. The only weird thing is that there is no reception, so you have to call the nr. On the door. Of you dont have a thai sim. Walk to the palm delight lodge, thats where the main reception is. Its a 5 min walk.
