Owner is customer service oriented. Always had great service and excellent bakery goods. They also serve breakfast and I enjoyed the hot cakes the most. They will go out of their way to accommodate your requests. For example, I had fresh jalapeno peppers and I wanted them roasted for my home made salsa. I asked him if he could do it and it was no problem. All you have to do is ask.

Simply a lovely place, breakfast is a great meal to start with! Prices are good and lots of healthy options are available yogurt with different options!
Additionally they have a full bakery to take the time to buy a few rolls or just some good German bread for the road!

We went there for breakfast. The bread, sausages and eggs are delicious. The egg Benedict is so...so. One drawback of this place that it is too warm inside, particularly on hot summer days to the point that it gets uncomfortable having breakfast in there.

Not only does Back-Fabrik sell German pastries, bread and buns at great prices, they also have a fridge stacked with rare-to-find import goods and a variety of German sausages. The place seems particularly popular in the morning when they serve from a menu of mostly German specialties. I also recommend their English breakfast.

These guys have bucked the trend of limiting service during Covid19 times. Instead they've invested in improving location and product and it shows.

The meals are all very hearty sized so come hungry. Pleasantly, all meals ordered are served to the table at the same time by a very friendly team of staff.

Coffee was nice and tea is a premium brand served as a bag for you to make as strong as you like.

Great place for German or European bread, baguettes (with cold cuts), Schnitzel, Currywurst (nice sauce), coffee and other packaged products (sausages, mustard, sauces, cans, etc.).
Air conditioning could be improved though, as the place was a bit warm inside.
Rating is still 5 stars, because the food was very good and reasonably priced,
