This hotel is without doubt the best hotel in Pattaya for golf lovers
The manager John is a very helpful guy with a good knowledge of all of the very good local courses and indeed can achieve discounted green fees on most.The hotel itself is pristinely clean and the rooms are way above what you would expect from the star rating.The restaurant too has a very comprehensive menu and I found that nothing was too much from the pleasant staff. The owner is also a golf lover and lives on site so as you can imagine nothing on the golfing front is missing. Been three times now and cant wait to return.

This place is filthy! I'm not sure by what qualification they are a 3 star hotel, but it's not by any standard known to the rest of the world.

It's very run down and old. No electronic door locks, you actually use a filthy key. The air conditioner works ok, but it's filthy and never been cleaned (see pics). Also old and doesn't even have a feature to oscillate the air wing like every actual 3 and even 2 star hotel I've been in Thailand. Soundproofing is pretty much non existent. You can hear everything in the hallways. The walls and furniture are disgusting and dirty. The night stands by the bed I'm sure have semen stains and so do the doors (see pics). The cleaning staff obviously doesn't do the cleaning. My floors had dirt on them when checked in and a bunch of girl hair that wasn't cleaned up.

I'm afraid to touch anything here for fear of contacting something that i don't want.

The staff are nice I suppose and the lobby looks half way decent.

This place should be $15 max per night. Not worth any more.

Also, for those that want to bring hookers here, be aware they do charge 500 baht for you to do so.

This review is solely about room 507 through Absolute Destinations. Firstly the staff here are amazingly helpful even though this room is owned and operated by Absolute Destinations. The room is dated and at best adequate. What ever you DO NOT JOIN the Absolute Destinations group without doing some SERIOUS Research, my experience is that they Can Not be TRUSTED And you can obtain much better value sourcing yourself!
The Whitehouse Condotel is a perfect location with everything from the sea front to a shopping centre within a few minutes walk. Sound proofing is good and the rooms remain pretty quite for how central it is.

Old hotel with expensive prices and view of the car park building opposite
Already expensive then asked for extra money because there were 2 of us, Then after told me only one person could eat breakfast.
You can find a lot better value in Pattaya than this overpriced run down old shabby place with indifferent service
The wifi didn't work either

A superb hotel located on Soi 13. Has everything you need. Bar, restaurant and pool. Great staff and great management. If you have any problems talk to John he will get it fixed. Thanks for the great time.
