I had seen other reviews noting that the look and feel of the rooms may come across as dated and I too got that feeling when walking into my room. At first glance, it's old and a bit odd, but as you adjust, it becomes obvious it has everything modern rooms have but also includes character. I quite enjoyed the rooms laid back feel with low lighting.

The bed was very comfortable and my GF and I slept very well on it. The room was spacious giving us plenty of room to spread out our belongings in our own little areas. The bathroom was large as well and the shower space was more than adequate. We did have an issue with hot water upon arrival, but in the morning there were no issues. The balcony was large enough to sit on, however we didn't use it. The location is very close to the beach and many good restaurants (we recommend Wizards Brewery u0026 Restaurant). I would definitely stay here again in the future, but hopefully, there will be an included breakfast then.

Somewhat dimly lit but spacious and well-kept room. Not new but in excellent condition and very comfortable (aside from the typical hard Asian-style mattress). TV options no good for this farang, but no worries. It's easy walking distance from several bars with good bands.

Nice hotel stay all the time although last June arrived past midnight from chiang mai and even though I'd paid for the room the clown on the desk wouldn't phone the manageress to let me in had to pay again at another hotel

Very good and clean rooms at a decent price. Has a whole bunch of TV channels, including many live sports channels. 100 meters from the beach and within 100 meters of lots of restaurants, bars, shopping malls, large foreign grocery store (Villa Market) and transportation. Perfect location if you ask me. While not very child friendly, it's quieter and less crowded, yet just 400-500 meters away from the very crowded Walking Street, if that's your thing.

Nic enough old school hotel, good size room, beds decent, small balcony if you smoke, good selection of tv that should cater for most languages. Only real downside was no kettle for a morning coffee.

Well located, but quiet hotel. Also close to a pub with a great value Sunday carvery.

Best hotel in Pattaya for short and long stay. 2 minutes walk to beach, bars, restaurants, massage shops and 8 to 10 minutes walk to walking street.

For shopping lovers, Mike shopping center and Central Festival also on 5 minutes walk.

Neat and clean big room with Balcony, comfortable bed, air conditioner, free water bottles, mini bar, safety box, slippers, sofa and table.

The staff was really great, helpful and professional. They will guide you in everything you want to know. You can also book your tours and transfer from reception at reasonable price.

Cleaning staff was also very active, they will clean your room daily.

Definitely stay here again and again.
