Located at the conrner of Soi 13/1 on 2nd Road. Not noisy at the moment since bars have to close at midnights. Enter thru the restaurant to the lobby. Rooms, although a bit aged, are of reasonable sizes, clean and well equipped.

great little place central location only a walk away from beach and shopping mall there a small cozy Italian restaurant on the first flaw.

I stayed in 3 different rooms here. Old rooms, dark hallways, beds that are hard or very springy. Ants in every room. If you leave food out, it will be ant infestation. Wifi is so slow its useless. Very loud outside near the street side with cars with loudspeakers cruising down the street with loud music or blaring Thai propaganda , and the bar side is loud with live music blasting until 3am or 4am. The keys / doorknobs are poorly designed and hard to open. At least there is an elevator ( "lift" for those of you who don't say elevator) .

The hotel is in a central location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Free WiFi with good speed. The room was spacious with a very comfy bed. The room had a Jacuzzi but it didn't work, I didn't complain as I really don't need it.

Central Pattaya, lovely hotel, clean has that fresh feel about the place. Fairly big rooms ensuite.
