We booked our last night in this hotel. They were asking for vaccination certificate, which I was dissapointed coz I don't have yet. The room is okay but doesn't have enough socket for charging. Service crews are polite and helpful. Near the friendship Mart (my favorite place in Pattaya) I miss already.

BEWARE OF SCAM! Staff charged extra 500b because a pillow had alittle lipstick on it.. The pillow doesn't cost more than 100b brand new. You can literally wash at the laundry machine downstairs for 30b, buy laundry detergent from 7-11 for 20b.. lipstick stain is so easy to clean. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. You have been warned. Room walls are also very hollow. You can hear noise from the rooms beside easily. Was rudely awakened very early in the morning

Horrible horrible staff. The walls of the hotel room, especially the bathroom,are very poorly insulated. Your room will heat up like a boiling kettle when the sun shines. The air conditioner is not cold at all. What a nightmare avoid this hotel at all cost!

Good location, remote from the noise and price returned, the hotel is new and its facilities are good and the rooms are large enough but there is a note about the staff especially at the reception. There is a female employee who speaks to the guests and treats them with sarcasm and the manager's response was not decisive. This happened before me so I avoided any contact With the information staff to the minimum and if I did not pay the full amount to cancel my reservation with unfortunately the hotel is good but this employee was appalling and disgusting to me

The room size is big, but the hotel is old, I think they need to renovate and upgrade some of their furniture, because the room furniture are old fashioned...
Overall we are ok.. during our stay...
The hotel was booking by the agent, as we were in the group tour.

I wish I can give 0 star for this hotel. They wanted to charge me 600BHT for the AC remote control and would not refund. I was asking them to check carefully and they said they did and they made sure it was lost. They just want to charge for money first. Can’t trust on the employees so I came to check by myself. I just spent 5 seconds to find it out under the coffee table. 20 people in group were waiting for me to solve the problem and we were late for 30 minutes. By the way, they have many rules for charging your money around the buffet area and intolerance. It’s not too much just 200- 500BHT. But imaging that if many people would be charged, they could make a lot of money from these stuffs.
