The staff here is very friendly.. location is very good. Rooms are well furnished with all the basic amenities. I found cockroaches and other insects in the room. There is one major security breach here. One cannot come from outside without you, which is good. But the person can go out without you, which is not good. As the reception counter is not at the same building. So if you bring some unknown people in the room, he/she can easily get run away with your valuable belongings. Be aware of this. This a major security issues.

Very neat and clean. All types of food in walking distance. Easy access to facilities. Very very helpful and friendly staff. Only con: no lift so if you have been allotted 3rd floor, you have to be fit and waight lifter.

I booked at DE Apartments on Agoda. They also seem to go by Mosaik Service Apartments as that was where we did the check-in. We returned to our room in the evening to dozens of cockroaches of various sizes. I went to the reception to show them videos of cockroaches in the bed and scattering from under our shoes, but they were totally unapologetic and just said that we should have said something earlier (umm... we were out all day, not in our room looking for cockroaches), and they told us that they have no rooms free. I told them that we couldn’t sleep in a bed with cockroaches! So we went back to our room, booked another place and left the keys at the front desk. I don’t know if Agoda will refund us. I hope so.

This is seriously the best place I stayed so far. (It exactly fits my needs and for this price you can't even think of complaining at all)

a cheap hotel in pattaya, with every day room cleaning, with hot water and good internet. very good. very very good.
