Loved the stay
We lost the key but they didn't charge a penny
We took the cheapest room but it was excellent. Fully stuffed. Very polite staff

And most importantly it is near to the walking street ????♥️

Booked Junior Suite and I truly love this place! I return to Mosaik every time I come to PTT and have been staying over there for the 3rd time. My friend Lucky showed me this place once and since then I feel like home returning here. The apartment complex sits in the quiet neighborhood, so there is no lot of street noise. Hungry? - the tasty Thai food is right outside, no need to go too far. The rooms are spacious with lots of light. Guest friendly. The complex does not have 24hours host service at the door and guests have a separate entrance...
Recommendation for hotel management: not sure if all rooms, but my did not have a hair blower and a few light fixtures were out of order. It would be also a good idea to have in each room those hotel type signs that you hang on door saying either to "clean the room"/ or "do no disturb".
Still giving it 5 stars. I will be back Mosaik, keep it up!

I like this apartment very much due to privacy part...but they need to rectify something...
1. They must change mattresses as it was not comfortable..Springs in mattresses were hurting specially during sleep.
2. Lady at reception counter was rude..

Pleasant and quiet place near to all the busyness. The room was good-sized and clean, bathrooms as well. Air conditioner worked well. Cleaners cleaned every day. Front desk workers were pleasant. Inexpensive. Really a decent place.
The reason for four and not five stars was the presence of little cockroach -like bugs crawling around all over the place. They weren't the big cockroaches like you usually see in Thailand. just little bitty things but still...
Also the cleaning ladies could have been more respectful. Maybe they thought they were being funny, i don't know.

Staff are are the best. Nice size living room. TV has a good selection of channels for international visitors. The size of the room is ok for us without any big luggage. Close to the beach / walking street / nightlife. WIFI is strong. The room was very reasonably priced.
