High quality condo good located at the Cozy beach area in Pattaya. Nice sea view and mountains view as well. There are big swimming pool and perfect gym. I can recommend this project for long term living and for people who are coming to Thailand for 1-2 months also

The Cliff is an up-market condominium development constructed and completed by the distinguished Nova Group at the end of 2014, situated off Soi Kanchana 3, in the prestigious Cosy Beach area of Pratumnak and only 300 metres from the beach. I wish the view was like this from the swimming pool but sadly not. But good price for rent if you do your market research first. Thai Tastic on YouTube approves

High quality building. Fantastic pool especially for active swimmers. Gym well equipped for weightlifting and cardio but AC there sucks (for a few months waiting for repair). Need some kind of transportation to the city center. Low traffic, hill location and close proximity to the sea ensure clean air unlike to other places in Pattaya where exhaust gases are almost everywhere. Recommended for long stay.
