Very good place to stay in Pattaya City. Quality service with good foods and nice rooms. Large swiming pool is available.

There is no one can speak English fluently . I called to the hotel they didn't talk.

The hotel is good. It has a swimming pool, restaurant and meeting rooms. There are TV, fridge, and A/C.Although the elevator is old, it still funtion good as it should be. The bathroom is not really good, because the sound both from my room and my friend's room are through. The plug is NOT universal, you'll need an adapter to use it AND the plugs only have 2 holes! No grounding or so. Careful!

I have spent my biz stay at this hotel. The large size allowed nice long exercise laps. We had a very large suite. The suites themselves look very nice. The staff at this hotel could not be more friendly and accommodating for. The WIFI server of the hotel is perfect.

A big high quality 4 star hotel. A huge lobby area with lots of relaxed seating. Rooms are great. Pool is lovely. Some wear and tear but still very safe, friendly and comfortable.

Staff were kind and freindly. The room itself was hotel standard clean. You can around the shops bye the delicous fruts. There is a small beach with chairs and umbrellas. The room and bathroom was afew small but that is enough. The restaurant is really good. The wiew was very good.

The floor has nails poking through to injure my feet, very hard and too thick pillows, clogged shower drain, leaking toilet, and lets drunk A/C Mechanic come to work at 10 P.M. and into my aunt's room with her work friend (drunk male mechanic and 2 girls in a hotel room, think about what could have happened.)
and the wifi is just UNUSABLE, blisteringly slow and doesn't let you connect 90% of the time, then the 2-5 seconds latency and a really slow connection and you've got yourself this hotel.
Also the external windows will violently smash into both sides of the holder creating very annoying clonk-clank sound that's very hard to sleep through

Most of these isn't that hard to fix and the bed is pretty good and the ac(when it does work) is really nice, the people working here is friendly and nice.
