It's great. The staff were terrific. Pools are good but deep. 3m in parts.
Breakfast was very good with Thai and western food.
Very clean and set well back from the road.
We were on the first floor overlooking the pool with frangipani trees giving shade.
We will definitely come back.
Why not 5 stars? The bathroom is small and shower over the bath. And hot water took a long time to reach shower.
But I still recommend.

Came for a 2 night stay with wife and daughter.
Service great, swimming pool very nice, particularly the kids pool for our daughter.
The bedroom (city view) was of a decent size. Unfortunately we had a room right next to the elevator which was a bit noisy.
Nice to have a balcony.
No power socket / phone charging points next to the bed which is not so great, but I guess to be expected in a hotel of this age. I had previously stayed here during work trips from 2004 to 2010 when the hotel was Siam Bayview and I was pleasantly surprised that the room furniture etc didn't look that old and the rooms had obviously been renovated.
The bathroom was a little small and only contained a bathtub (no dedicated shower) but all clean and everything working fine.
Breakfast was quite good for the price.
Location is very good with easy access either to Beach Road or 2nd Road, and Central shopping centre is only a few minutes walk.
Overall this hotel was good value for money we had a nice stay and will be back- although will ask for a room away from the elevator next time.

Present on the main street of Pattaya.
The hotel was beautiful with spacious rooms and all the offerings.
The pool was huge and gym was there.
The view of the hotel is really good.
Cafe has Snooker tables.
The reception area is well decorated. And the location is 5 star
Buffet breakfast was good. A lot of options provided.

Have stayed here a number of times. Excellent location, superb facilities, staff always very friendly and helpful. However this time alot of noise as parties in the rooms with the doors open, all of were Indians.I realise a party town and good to have a good time but not good in your hotel room with the doors open. Considering we are still aware of covid, I would also have thought that bringing up mucus at the breakfast buffet(5 times) and then spitting in the garden is not a good look.

This hotel is over priced. First it’s in a condition of a 3 star as it’s old rooms, old gym and average linens.
The breakfast was good but at 400 baht it should be.
The parking was secure and the staff were efficient but not overly friendly.
The room was fine just over priced

Nice Location, Super Property, Ms. Nataya (Noon) on reception desk was very supportive. All Staff was really good. pool was nice. room was also good in price.

The Bay View is located within walking distance of the beach, Walking Street, Alcazar cabaret, Ripley's Believe it or Not and the Pattaya Night Bazaar in a happening part of town with massage parlours, restaurants and sundry other shops all within striking distance. The hotel is right next to Central Festival mall, and is walking distance from one of the best street food areas on Beach Road. It is a spacious and large property with two swimming pools and a separate kids' pool and play area and is great for a relaxing stay. On the whole we had a great stay - if anything is there that can be improved, it is the communication from the hotel. We had asked for an early check-in over email a week prior to our journey but never received a reply. When we finally reached the hotel after taking a red eye flight from Calcutta, the concierge Ms. Pui initially said that the hotel could not provide early check-in since they had not confirmed on our mail (which was true) and then said that the hotel was full which is why they would be unable to provide an early check-in. However, she then immediately said that it would cost us 1000 Baht extra. When we said we were willing to pay the 1000 Baht she again said that the hotel was full. While this was in itself okay, (though we found it strange that she mentioned the money when she had already given a valid reason for not checking us in) what we did not like was her attitude when she mentioned the money which was slightly disrespectful and condescending. Definitely did not leave a good feeling and this is one reason why I have docked one star. The other reason that I have not given a 5 star rating is because the wing we stayed in - the Garden Wing, did not have an elevator and while for us it was ok, this may be a hassle for those who are not physically fit. The main building has elevators and we felt that a hotel of this size and quality should have done something about providing elevators in the other building too, even if they needed to reduce a room in each floor to retrofit it. Anyway, both of these were small irritants in an otherwise great stay. On the positive side, the breakfast is excellent, the lobby, common seating areas and other places in the hotel are spacious and tastefully decorated, and barring the issue with the early check in, every other interaction with the staff was great. In fact Ms. Noon who was at the front desk the day we left was gracious enough to give us a late checkout and the hotel also organized a drop to the airport at a very reasonable rate. I would recommend the hotel and stay there again.
