DO NOT BOOK HERE! Me and my partner arrived and the atmosphere is nothing like the pictures it was all dark with no lighting. The staff were rude and didn’t want to know you. The room was actually disgusting, stained bed sheets, hair all over the pillows u0026 the shower is just a hose on the wall directly next the the toilet (not separate at all). It was that revolting that we went straight back downstairs and got our deposit back. We paid in advance too which was non refundable, but we didn’t care. Booked a hostel up the road (the bedrooms hostel) for exactly the same price which was clean and tidy with air con. There is no swimming pool either, that is at another one of their hotels so don’t be fooled. When asking for the deposit back we just got laughs and foreign remarks from staff which obviously we didn’t understand. Don’t waste your time and money!!

im very happy here. the staff of the hotel very nice and very polite specially the management of the hotel was extremely good.the reception extremely nice the waitress very friendly.all the security men all of them nice. we will come here again and again. we feel like home and comfortable..central location.will recommend to anybody want to have a good time.

We got there and were offered an ”upgrade” with twin single beds instead of the double room we actually booked. Unaware at the time that this scam happens often in Thailand we took the room. The hotel is dirty, the room was dirty and the sheets had obviously not been cleaned or changed as there was hair on the pillow cases. For 2 nights on a cheap budget it was ok. But I would recommend going with somewhere else.

Our stay was very wonderful in this hotel cause the staff was very nice and co -operative. Also the staff speak English very well. Rooms are very cleaned Breakfast was very delicious ????????????????????
Also its near to beach specially thanks to Ni-New , Venus and Nak who helped me allot .. ????

Not fit for human habitation. Ensure extensive travel insurance for even a short stay here. 20 minutes after checking in the old dirty plastic chair collapsed while I sat looking at my phone. When I expressed my displeasure at this I was informed I must pay 800 baht for it. I spent the rest of my one night stay as if my room was full of priceless fragile antiquities. Replace priceless with worthless and it is an adequate description. Showering is akin to a daredevil stunt requiring a fair degree of balance. Sleep is unattainable. And the staff? The rudest bunch of unsmiling pigs I've ever encountered. Giving this dump one point of a star is unworthy charity.

This is a two to three star hotel with location and price being the selling points. Great value for money.
Rooms are small but the bed is comfortable. Bathrooms are positively tiny! The tv gives you a static filled selection of channels, mostly Russian dubbed. The breakfast buffet is basic - fresh fruits and coffee is the highlight for me.

Within 2 min walk of Beach Road, 20min walking distance of Bali Hua ferry, past the dingy Walking Street.

Recommend for single travellers on a short budget stay. Not for families or longer stays.

Its wonderful place to stay, helpful staff, family and friends can stay both. I stayed with my family its wonderful. But one standard double bed room is small especially when you have kids. But overall you can stay, its good .
