Small hotel with a modern atmosphere. Staff's customer service is great. The breakfast is also great (buffet style). Cost for that is 200 Thai Baht at time of review. Rooms felt clean, but the toilet's water did give off an odor. Bed sheets did give off a bleach odor which was good and a positive thing for us. Comforting to smell. Nonetheless, I did question the overall cleanliness during the stay. Good WIFI. The nearby nightlife does make it loud outside the hotel during the after hours. Relative to the other bigger hotel options near better beaches in the area, this hotel is okay overall.

Location was great to reach party spots, easy access to the pickup truck shuttle route. The hotel location itself was quiet. This was probably a trendy hotel 25 years ago. It appears that it has been maintained, but not renovated. The air conditioning unit works well, doesn't blow directly on to the bed, but is rather loud providing a constant background white noise. The room lights and AC are controlled by an antiquated bedside control panel that required me to use my flashlight to see the labels. Also, the bathroom floor has settled leaving a small lake after showering that separates you from the towel rack and bathtub. That was the case in my room. Bottom line, it was a fair price and well located and the shortcomings i have mentioned are not deal-breakers. The breakfast was okay. Very basic. Very average.

I would say a 3 star hotel for it’s average. The staff are super friendly. The location close to the bars and a 15 minute walk to walking street and Central festival mall only 6 minutes walk. Rooms were bet small so make sure you book for larger rooms.
Very clean.

Really enjoyed staying here. So much so, I added two more nights to my reservation.
Location is amazing, staff are very friendly, the pool is great, room is very spacious.

The only bad thing for me: in terms of cleaning, they are also very efficient even though I did find a dead cockroach and some spiderwebs in my cabinet and bathroom. That goes to say that superficially they clean the room very well but when it comes down to details and hidden spaces, it's not good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The whole hotel fresh with a relaxing ambiance. The hotel prides itself on offering high quality bedding and the view is pretty good from the upper levels.

Pros - big room, good price, comfortable bed, clean, friendly and efficient staff.
Cons - very noisy and a bit smelly Aircon, even after complaining, water is shower doesn't go down the drain...big Pool of water all day.
I would stay again because of the Aircon.

I only used restaurant and had an All Day Breakfast... Lots of fruit,. Pineapple ???? juice,. Coffee and eggs, ???? bacon, sausages , beans, salad,. Toast , butter and jam.. very nice cafe, clean.. only 250 BAHT!
