I started renting from this place three months ago and stupid Farang didn't think to question why the lock on the sliding glass door to the balcony is broken. I just took the place anyway, turns out the cleaning or maintenance staff has access to the empty room next door and has been climbing over from there and entering my apartment from the balcony. I expect thieves in a place like Mexico but not Thailand. And when I asked to see CCTV footage from the hallway outside the room they mysteriously couldn't pull it up. They lie to protect their workers.

Perfect location only steps to the baht bus route. Very nice pool and gym. Plenty of parking if you have a car. Two problems for me was the building is so close to the main road the noise never stopped and if you closed the windows and use the air conditioning the fan noise is extreme. I had to move because I was getting Tinnitus in the ears. I lived in building B, maybe building A would be better but it's still close to the road as well and the Daikin A/C systems are in all the units so you'll still have noisy fan sounds even set on low.

Stay away from this place. It Needs drastic improvement. Many rooms are still empty but own is still expecting the price of a new condo building. Opposite is a building site for a new complex due in 2023 so expect noise and dust for few years. Building b is over a Korean restaurant that the smell wafts up into the room and makes the washing smell. The visiting buses keeps their engines running while parked waiting for the Koreans to return. Seems pollution is not a concern of the drivers. The pool is the dirtiest I have seen. It may get cleaned once a month if your lucky. Expect beer bottles or children toys left in the pool by morning from partying Russians who stay for a few days. This condo is popular for Russian tourists staying for a week or so regardless of what Thai law states. The gym needs improvement. Of the three exercise bikes, one is working fine. Two other have straps and handles missing. The bench has ripped material that needs stitching or replacing. And the step machine has been waiting two months to be fixed. Internet has been faulty for the last month. When working it’s the bare minimum to open a page. Most renters or owners buy their own subscriptions. Tv channels are also terrible. The channels appear and disappear so often. HD tv is still years away for this 7 year old building with the problems of a 20 year old place. Random people come to use the pool and gym as they use the entry fob from their friends. Bank holidays and public holidays expect the pool area to be full of Thai people bringing their friends and family and anyone from the homeless site who want a free wash.

One of the best condo's I've stayed in. Very convenient location on the hill between Pattaya and Jomtien and right on the Baht-bus route. Only minutes to get into either town.
Building is very solid and soundproof, which is unusual in Thailand. Good facilities including swimming pools, gym, sauna and large car park.
Rooms at the rear of Building B have a great view over a landscaped park with walking tracks and exercise area. Overall highly recommended.

An excellent place to stay. On a baht bus route to the city and Jomtien. The facilities are great particjlarly the pool. There is easy access to the park behind the buildings. Good for outdoor exercise.
I always find the staff friendly and helpful.

Not the cheapest place to stay but not outrageous either. Very secure. Undercover parking. Great facilities. Fantastic staff that are more than willing to help with most requests. Recommended

Great view and nice location, the facility inside the complex needs some improvement. Overall had a great time staying in this condo in Pattaya.

I found this place via Airbnb, the price is reasonable and the owner is very friendly and responsive.
