Nice hotel. It has a small pool in the front.
I talked with the owner, who is really a very nice guy. He told me that monthly rent is 15000 baht all in.

The people who own and operate PGA are some of the most personable people I have ever met. Service trumps all and they have the best of it! It goes without saying the room is clean, the location is central to all the best places, everything works as it's supposed to and the mattresses are some of the most comfortable I have slept on.

My friend Rob and Myself Stayed at Pattaya Garden Apartments I believe was in April 2016!!?Absolutely Beautiful Hotel!!Stunning Apartments. My friend Rob stayed on the top floor with a balcony and Amazing views Day u0026 Night. I stayed in one of the cheaper Apartments down the stairs at the back of the hotel. Still beautiful!!. Queen size beds I believe.Air conditioning in all rooms!! Very comfortable, and managed by an English Ex pat himself. Very friendly Man and his Beautiful wife. Security guards at night,also very friendly chaps!! The maids do an Awesome job. Refreshing the rooms , changing bedding and replacing water, tea etc etc.
Pattaya Garden Apartments couldn't be in a better spot. Between pattaya and Jomtiem beach. Quiete, Serene and stunning. All amenities including bar with flat screen tv!! I myself HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

Great place really. I had a lovely room with a huge balcony. The staff were super helpful, and the area is really convenient to reach Jomtien or Pattaya South. Good value for the price. Certainly suited my needs. I'll definitely stay there again.

An amazing place , geographically located close to all the tourist destination along with it the owners are proactively helpful to make your stay in Pattaya comfortable and value for money .
I personally have many good things to point , but 1 I would definitely want to share is my check in experience. I had reached Pattaya at 7 am , They gave me a room at 9:00 AM with no extra charge + in evening the owner provided with the map and gave a detailed advice and guidance.

Overall a home away from home with added luxury.

Highly recommended and good value for money. PGA has a convenient location between Pattaya beach, and Jomtien beach. The staff are very friendly and always helpful when asked for anything. I liked the fact that the owners are a Thai/Brit couple who have insight into what it is like to try and have a little ro***tic privacy in the short time I had there.

Great budget apartments. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. The bedrooms we're a decent size. Each room had it's own wardrobe, safe and air-conditioning unit. Beds were comfortable and mattress not as hard as usually experienced in Thailand. Common room has a lounge suite, desk, refrigerator, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and coffee/tea making facilities. It also has access to a narrow balcony. The bathroom is very basic but quite large. The apartments are located about 30-40 metres down a side street off the road joining Pattaya and Jomthien. It is 2km from the south end of Walking Street and a few hundred metres from South Pattaya Bus Station. A short stroll up to the road and you can catch a Baht Bus to either location. We left the windows open (all have screens) and enjoyed a cooling breeze throughout the apartment day and night. There is a small pool and reception is attended 24 hours. The rooms are serviced daily and kept very clean. There is no lift, so the upper floors are not suitable for people with mobility issues. There is no food service here but there is a small adjoining cafe that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner options. There is also a laundry service located 15 metres away. Overall I am happy with choosing this accommodation and would definitely stay here again.
