-friendly staff and pretty nice breakfast
- spacious and incredible room (especially for its price)
- NO water sprayer in the toilet (very important for me as I'm not comfortable using tissue papers)
Overall, extremely worth it considering it's price tag but it's a bit old and other points I listed above.

We booked thru recommendatio n. Not far to walk to walking street. (Crazy place) worth a visit. Room was great. Cute balcony overlooking the pool. Staff helpful and friendly

Clean and very nice place, good location, love their clean and big size rooms, just they don’t have bidet spray in toilet but about another everything is great.

Clean, organized and well run. Good location for public transportation. Some road noise, book a room opposite the road. Friendly and helpful staff.

We were pleasantly surprised at how charming and comfortable it was to stay at your hotel. The room itself was hotel standard clean. The nice guy at the reception could order a taxi for me at this night. Easy access to the Baht buses that can take you anywhere. We did get our money's worth as far as rate goes.
