No joiner fee ☆☆☆☆☆
I was in this place in Nov / Dec 2018 (22 days)
I had the room on the top floor on the corner.
a beautiful view of the sea (Swimming is not possible, it is not a beach) I just used the swimming pools at the Royal Cliff. Sure, that's not allowed. but if you behave quietly and inconspicuously, it does not stand up;)

The staff was really nice.
If you want to go to Pattaya City,
you need a motorbike taxi
(60 THB - 100 THB or taxi (200 THB).
These are 300 meters away from the hotel. To Walking street you have to go 15 to 20 minutes over a steep staircase..

I like the Hotel Royal Suites Pattaya. but (for me) it is a bit too far from the city. Nevertheless, I award 5 stars for value for money

Very nice hotel. We can cooked at here. Room for 2 person is big enough. Not far from the pier of Pattaya. There is short way down syair across the hotel if u want go pier and walking street. Quite and peace full. U can walk to big Budha tample too. Happy to stay one night here. If u want motorbike transportation u can ask security to drop u anywhere or u can rent.

Great hotel with full kitchen and utensils. But this is a no frill place. There is no bus boy no room service unlike other regular hotel. Wi-Fi is bad too, cut off all the time. But it is good place to stay for your money ... IF you have you own car.

This is a great place to relax
even though far from downtown Pattaya. You'll have a quite place.
You must have you own car
to go where ever you want quicker.
Otherwise the bus or taxi
will be troublesome.
This is a no frill hotel it is look like
a former Condo that left over.
There is no bus boy , you'll
take care your own stuff yourself.
No restaurant, no concierge ,
no guest service just maid only.
This hotel have everything you need
for your pleasant stay in Pattaya.
I like full equipment kitchen
So I can make breakfast the way I want
The only misleading is .....
... NO ACCESS to the beach directly
It is not like the picture on webpage
make you think you can walk to
the beach ... No , you're on high hill
You can walk up to the top for
viewing the whole town from the top.
... WI-FI is bad , horrible ????
It is slow and keep cut OFF and ON
give you problem watching video.
Nowadays Internet Technology is
more advanced and cheap.
You can get 30Mbps easily anywhere
but not at RCG. ???? SO SAD.
Other than that this place is very good
for the price I pay.
If I want to pay more than 1k
I would go closer to the beach

Good value for the money. Located right next to Intercontinental Spa and Resort Pattaya. Isolated location so it is quiet. Usually have taxis or Songtaew near Intercontinental. Room is not small and has bathtub and kitchen.

Nice apartment. Shopping is close maybe 10 min by taxi or less. Nice kitchen has everything you need to cook. Staff is very nice and accommodating

Very good room, No Breakfast, want to pay for wifi, near to see and Pattaya view point. Need 150 BAT to go main see beach and waking street.
