As iconic to Pattaya as the Hollywood sign is to LA this is truly an enduring symbol of this city. I've seen it from the harbour, from the beach, from my apartment at night and finally got right upto the sign today. Difficult to get a complete photo of the sign on site because it's long and you can't get sufficient angle from the narrow platform. Great close up views if the Harbour from here that you don't get from the higher but more distant viewpoints.

Do you want to have a nice morning walk? Maybe early evening? Do this….start at Big Budha park and slowly hike thru the amazing Mountain View park..you will eventually, around 25 minutes reach the cement Pattaya City Sign. The area is clean and safe and secure. I found zero trash in the area….well, some dog poo…hahahhah!

So what you may say…then, you are missing out on a great way to view the wonderful city of Pattaya along with its amazing harbor area. From the sign area you can also easlily walk to the lighthouse and do some exploring.

Don’t forget, on your way to the sign, to stop and enjoy coffee at the City Coffee Pattaya…nice place! The whole walk / hike can become a nice 3 hour or so adventure…nice!

Another iconic spot - must visit - in Pattaya, located at the up hill, the highest peak in Pattaya. Enjoying the vibes of the cityscape of Pattaya in the horizon.

The spot also have cafe, the only one cafe located in this place and nice jogging track as well as large area from doing some outdoor sport activities.

Another nice spot if you're walking around the area. The steps down to the sign platform are steep! Be careful! Views of the bay from here are fab and I managed to get a picture of the sign - just! Again, this would be a good nighttime photo spot.

Pattaya City sign let's you know where your at. Can be viewed from the ground and high above. Come early for a close up come late for the light up. Iconic and better then the Hollywood sign.

Pattaya City Sign is the most popular one. Its scenery is amazing ....most visitors enjoy its city sign.. beaches ,sea foods, Indian food , shopping, massage and night club.
