I've stayed at the Penthouse 3 x's starting in October 2006, last visit was about 6 years ago. It's very well run by an older Englishman named Dudley. The rooms are very nice and the staff is overall good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone 18 and over.
I've had many good conversations with Dudley, while sitting downstairs. One-day I'd love to go back. Miss that place. Many good memories there. ????

Was at the Penthouse in may 2018 stayed there for songkran it has a great atmosphere and very close to walking street good food places and bars also the pool is on the first floor. I could step out of my room into the pool area and veg out with staff bringing food and drink up the spiral stair case highly recommended

It was wonderful staying here.. like the other times. Penthouse surpasses our expectations again. The location, rooms, staff, ambience everything is just perfect. If you are staying here or looking to stay here you are definitely into adult fun and crazy times. At this place you can manage both without restrictions.
From check-in to check-out.. this hotel staff doesn’t bother its guests. We did lots of naked dates I public areas of the hotel and there was no one to object or question. The vibes here are different. And one can easily lose his inhibitions here without a second thought.
We highly recommend the Penthouse Hotel.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Just a terrible place to stay and a waste of money.
Absolutely terrible 1 day experience in Thailand ever. Place was small and dirty, smelt like filthy stale air. There light system was hard to work out. The hot tub spa jacuzzi was so loud you, just couldn't relax, let alone had to be turned on from the main switch, at the wall, because the tub button was broken.
I will be amazed if this place survives another year. The owner was upset and stared at me with evil eyes because I ordered pizza company to my room, and didn't want anything from there dirty restaurant.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. Just a terrible place to stay and a waste of money.
Just look at somewhere better then this place.

First of all, if you are not visiting Pattaya mainly for sex tourism then this is definitely not your place.

The good thing about this place is the artsy presentation. Someone worked hard to make it a very adult artsy place. It is something to see. I think they went a little overboard and made it kind of gaudy but it is a work of art for sure. I added a second star for the artistic appeal.

Many bad things though. The place is old. It has not been properly maintained. There are exposed electrical wires in places and it generally smells like mold and old cigarettes. It is also just dirty. There was a large brown stain on the curtains in my room that I did not want to know about. There were noticeable holes in the sheets. They appear to not care about that kind of presentation. I had to turn in my key and ask them to get the room cleaned. The staff basically delivers but they are pretty much totally indifferent. They spend a lot of time in their literature talking about the two bars on site but they both appear to be permanently closed.

The bigger problem was that we never had hot water. I went down on the first day and said that we did not have hot water and they immediately offered to change my room. They did not ask to diagnose my hot water problem or suggest that a fix was going to happen they just offered the room change. I did end up changing but there was no hot water in the new room either so it did not help.

I originally booked the “Party Patpong” suite. It was very badly designed. It was much smaller than it looked on the website and it had no clear bathroom. There was a round bathroom sink against the wall in the middle of the room with no counter or other flat surface around it at all. The only way to get clean was in the big jacuzzi tub. It was a nice tub if you want a jacuzzi but not so great if you just want to clean yourself. Even just for a jacuzzi it was bad because the water was cold. There was no curtain or barrier between the tub and the room so you had to be extremely careful or just wet the whole room including the bed. In general the rooms were not designed for typical hotel usage so regular things like taking a shower and brushing your teeth were hard. Definitely don’t recommend the Party Patpong room. I moved to the “Babylon Spa Suite” which was much bigger and better but still very dirty. It had a better bathroom area and was generally more functional. I strongly recommend this room if you give this place a try.

The last issue was with payment. I reserved my room online and they required full payment for the full reservation time. I reserved 7 days. When I got there I had an emergency and needed to leave sooner. They have a strict no refund policy so there is no amount of notice that gets you a refund. They did give me a credit for next time so that is something. Even if I had not had the emergency I would not have been able to handle staying there more than a day or two and would have moved to a "real" hotel. I went to them and told them that I had no hot water and my room smelled bad and was badly designed but they did not offer any kind of compensation other than offering me a new room which was not much better. If you are a dedicated sex tourist and you do decide to take a chance on this hotel you should definitely reserve it for a day or two and then extend if you want to. Once you give them your money they will be keeping it and you are likely to be unhappy with the accommodations long term.

While the place is done in a super cool kinky style the hotel itself could be a little more proactive in organizing some parties or pool side get together... It was like a super duper choice when you enter the hotel but by the time you are ready to leave... the place leaves so much more to be done!!! Ambiance - 10/10; everything else - 2/10

Stayed two weeks in January. The Soi was undergoing major construction but that should be finished by now. The staff are very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was very good with many choices on the menu. The room I was given was fine except the bathroom was small and it was one of those that the shower does not have a shower curtain so everything in the bathroom gets wet . Being small wasn't the problem,,,need a shower curtain . The indoor swimming pool was sexy but I expected it to have warm water like a jacussi since it was on the lower level and quite cool . It would get a lot more use if it had warm water. Guest friendly and I had two ladies one time and the bed is made for hot sex. Mirrored walls , porn channels on TV. You can even walk around naked in the halls if you want to on your way to the indoor pool. Swam naked in the outdoor pool after dark with a lady friend. It was nice. You have to Try Sue's Mexican restaurant near the hotel,,,great food.
