Quality budget lodging with a great location within a 30-second walk from the beach. Ended up staying here 2 nights. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom is a combined room of shower, toilet, and sink, with no dividers between anything (but the bathroom is large enough that not everything is getting wet when you shower). I was grateful for a discount, making my room 500 baht per night. Manage your expectations - it's a good room and has the basics, but it's 500 baht. So keep that in mind. Bed was firm but not too firm. Air conditioner works well.
Although it's near the party areas, at night it really wasn't too loud (as of April 2022). Staff were very nice and welcoming. I had breakfast at the downstairs restaurant - aloo/potato paratha (bread) and chai tea (cost was 150 baht). Very tasty.
I would be happy to stay here again if I was in the area and looking for an affordable, no-frills place near the beach.
You can book online via Agoda, but I paid cash in person. A 7-Eleven is just around the corner.
