Food was excellent and is not prepared beforehand, so you can make requests like "not spicey hot." Prices good. Staff is from India so they speak English well. Very pleasant. 500 baht for a nice room BUT no refrigerator in room and no hot shower! 3 blocks away are rooms for 500 baht with fridge and hot shower.

The room given to us was big and equipped but sandy. The bathroom drain was clogged because of the sand. The toilet flush takes a long time to refill. The worse part was the owner promised the night before to find us a shuttle service around Pattaya and call him the next morning if there was no shuttle at the hotel for us. He even said he would drive us if there was no shuttle service. However, when we called, there was no answer and he was a no show. We ended up having to find our own way around. Wouldn't trust their so call shuttle service ever!

I asked staff to get me a new towel to use for shower in the morning about 8am, he laughed and compelling me to use his used towel which he used last night, or asked me to use the towel which they use to wipe their utensils, he was absolutely drunk, no respect to customers at all, the mattress was in very bad condition. They also have restaurant on the ground floor, when i asked if i can get something to eat and they said come back later coz i want to have a nap now, but i was hungry so went to another restaurant to eat and when i came back he was upet coz i didn't wait for him. It was absolutely rubbish customer service i ever had in my life.

The WORST hotel that I have ever stay in my life. To substantiate my claim, this hotel is filthy, smelly, dark and unkempt. The facilities are almost non-existent with the lack of warm/hot water (so what Thailand is 32 degree? Eat your food cold and no need to reheat it since Thailand’s temperature is 32 degree), lack of house-cleaning, lack of lockable toilet doors. Although this is a budget hotel, the condition is abysmal and the value to price is almost close to 0. The owner kept on insisting that his price is the cheapest, and so what if it’s the cheapest? Does it justify the horrible quality of the hotel with the lack of even basic cleaning services? To make the matter worse, we booked 3 rooms prior to our visit and we were shocked to realize that they have forgotten about it and had only 1 room left. Even so, they were unapologetic and insisted that we merely booked the room with no confirmed payment.

If you ever come to Pattaya, please stay AWAY from this hotel for god’s sake. And to the owner, stop disgracing Pattaya’s hospitality. Admit your flaws and learn to improve your hotel’s horrible condition; or else, please prepare to face closure of your business in the near future.

Owner was very unpleasent, we stayed for one night. He tried to cheat us, when we were paying by card he entered 9000 bth, instead of 900 and when we said this is wrong he was arguing and convincing that this is ok, that this is how the terminal displays it. Later we discovered that the bed sheets were not changed and towels folded on the beds were used and dirty. When we complained about it he said that we have to pay extra to change then. From beggining we felt that is something strange about him, very creepy type. The wifi dont work and he connected us to neighbours wifi but didnt want to give us password. We left our bags and staight we wout to eat and see city. When we got back we discovered that someone was in our room, we found our friend used underwear laying on the floor and the seat in the toilet was left up. There was a lot of cubic hair on the floor and he said that he rent other rooms just for people to have sex. Please avoind this place.

Nice room, great design, the furniture look new, have a big screen TV, clean and friendly staff. Very comfortable to stay here and worth for your money. Actually this place not suitable stay with children because the location close to the boys club and bar.

Good location and price ( 500 baht aircon room ), 100 meters from the beach and 300 from walking street. Rooms are not fancy but acceptable.
