An awesome place to stay by the beach , away from the hustle and bustle of pattaya beach. The hotel is set in a vintage theme which kind of adds to its charm. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Coming down to food, no regrets at all ,breakfast spreads are lovely and even the open restaurant at the beach front caters to the taste buds very well.All in all , a must visit .

Basic room, but nice and clean. Value for money.

Warm water was stable. Breakfast food was limited but it was good.

Friendly service. Our room has a direct sea view, which was nice.

If you want to stay away from the crowd of pattaya, but still want to enjoy the liveliness of pattaya, Modus beachfront is the best choice. It is a bit away from the local pattaya, but a peaceful place for any family hangouts. Breakfast was very good, and also the restaurants. Rooms are spacious, well decorated, and conjoined rooms are available for big families. Staff behaviour is good and cleanliness is maintained. Most important, it has the best view of the ocean. You can enjoy the calmness anytime. Also you can roam around the city anytime you want.

Room is clean, decorate in industrial contemporary style. Lobby is at 4th floor, parking at 5th floor. The ocean view is stunning. Breakfast is also good. Not that variety but standard american and thai breakfast is already good.

Good for people who drive to hotel due to a bit complicate route. But you will love it finally it worth.

This hotel is amazing! There's an amazing view from your room, and the pools are very big and wide. The rooms do come with many necessities, but doesn't come with lotion, so you should pack your own. The toilets are very clean. There's one pool that's really deep, so do be careful. Breakfast is also really good. Overall I would recommend and come again!

Pictures of the room are shown only, so far really good vibes here. Our room is situated in the residence part which is in the back building, not far from the main building at all. Good size room with separated living area, small kitchen, bathroom (no bathtub), small balcony with ocean view and cosy bedroom with nice big 6-foot soft bed!!! (There was a bit of a smell in the room but it was soon disappeared after a couple of minutes) If you're looking for a place with nice and comfy bed, this is the place to be. You definitely pay less than the main building but totally get the quality for what you're saying for, recommended to choose the residence over the hotel. We also made use of the 6th floor restaurant, good food; western and Thai dishes with reasonable price range. We ordered several western starters and some Thai main courses and lots of cocktails, sparkling white wine and beer for 4 adults and 4 year old child we paid around 4500 Thai baht which is totally acceptable for what we ate and Frank. So far I'd recommend to stay and eat here if you don't want to go too far out of the hotel for foods and drinks. We'll explore the swimming pool and the beach area tomorrow and will write another review about those.
