There are several positives about this hotel. Nice, clean, modern, unassuming. The staff are kind and efficient. Breakfast buffet is very good and the pool is wonderful. The private beach would be awesome if it was not for all the garbage that washes up on it. It is also kind of rocky, so you should be careful where you step once you get in the water.
The negatives have to do with location. It is super far from the center of town and there is really not much within walking distance of the hotel. A few restaurants scattered around, but no real destination. The hotel offers a shuttle that will drive you to the mall and pick you up, which is nice.

Good room. Just parking is out of hotel area. Not kids friendly hotel. Nothing for kids to play with. If have a water sliding for kids will be much better.

It’s time to upgrade the hotel manager!
I arrived here about 2pm, it’s about the time to check-in.
But.. now 3pm and about 60 peoples are still waiting for their room without knowing time to get the room.

What kind of hotel that let you wait like this?

What a shame of the manager!
He supposed to handle the situation and figure it out before we arrive. All people here are reserved by online not a walk-in.
He supposed to know and manage before the guests arrives.

Oh.. while I’m typing this
the staff just reported me that the housekeeper is starting to clean up the room and it will take more about 20 mins

I don’t blame the hotel.
I blame to the inefficient manager!
So.. please upgrade the manager and serve it as a 4 Star hotel.

This hotel has a lot of pluses, the car park isn't great and the breakfast is simple. However the value for money, the clean large rooms, the shower, and the bar down at the beach makes up for it.

Disappointed that when the rules changed on test and go that they kept day 5 money and said I booked a non refundable room!!! They only allowed non refundable rooms so just hiding behind nothing. Shame as hotel reputation is key during the upsurge in tourism moving forward. Sorry but it’s the truth this review so won’t be using again.

Hotel is very good, rooms are well cleaned, breakfast is tasty and a lot of different dishes so you can find what you want. Staff is helpful and responsive. But significant minus is that beach have a lot of garbage, that no one cleanse.
