Very nice complex in quieter North Pattaya ( Wongamat Beach).

Nicer and cleaner beach than of Beach Road. Building, landscaping well maintained and staff are wonderful. Nice upscale hotels/resorts and moderate restaurants, cafes all close by

Park Beach Condominium was completed back in 1997, and is comprised of 415 individual apartments spread across a single, 36-story high-rise apartment building. Old, but very well maintained condo, with a lovely enviroment, residents who lives there for more than 20 years and would never even consider to move, and a direct beachfront. Highly undervalued project.

Good place to stay by pattaya beach, clean and quiet beach. Easy access to convenient stores. A bit old though.

the building is very old. there is non stop renovation and unbelievable noise. Do not stay here if your intention is to rest and good holiday or for long term.

the juristic office staff is disinterested and disgraceful. A clear disaster.
The other employees are fine.

Spent some time here. The condo building is well taken care of, clean pools, and a beauty salon / bar inside with a lot of friendly people.
