I booked this place because it's close to the food places I wanna go to eat but I got bonuses here.
-Staffs upgrade room for me at no cost.
-I can see fireworks from the rooftops.
-8 minutes walk to Pattaya beach.
-surrounded by massage places at a low price.
-a coffee place nearby.
-parking on spot.

I'm sure I will book this place again

Stayed here various times when visiting Pattaya over the years. Lovely stay in the middle of all the action. Lots to see. The smell was bad when walking through the lobby area. I think maybe a blocked drain was the cause. Staff very friendly, don't bother you too much. The price is good, rooms large with AC, TV, mini fridge etc.
Couldn't ask for much more other than a sea view!!

For me everything was good not saying great but I enjoyed my stay there. The place is a little dated but I like original not into the repro stuff. The best part is everything is right there in walking distance Bars Entertainment and Food. Don't forget to enjoy the rooftop pool and the beautiful views it offers you.

Have been staying at LK Mansion over the past 3 or 4 trips down to Pattaya. I've stayed at other establishments before, but where value for your money stands, it is one of the best.

Just some minor maintenance in the rooms required (some paint and minor wood works), but nothing that would cause any discomfort to the customers.

It shows that the management has taken people's comments into consideration, as the staff have become more attentive and considerate. But never personally had any issues from before.

Overall, I would recommend this establishment, as location, price and it's staff are exceeding minimal expectations.
