Located right in the heart of Pattaya's night life area. The apartments are nice and clean, the staff is very friendly and easygoing. Stayed multiple times, and will definitely stay more Highly recommended.

The cleaning lady refused to clean my room because she thought I had covid and I had conjunctivitis. The request from the manager did not help, because she is useless, she has no influence on its employees. Totally unprofessional behavior on the part of the hotel. The fan is full of dust, but the cleaning ladies are too busy sitting, talking and drinking beer. This hotel is one big circus, run by clowns. Now I know where the letter D comes from, from DISCOMFORT.

I only stayed here a couple of nights, and it was nothing special. It was well located and in walkable distance to restaurants, massage shops and convenience stores. I was in the "A" building. The wet room bathroom had mold in the grout and the ever present long black hair on the floor. The drain was very slow so you end up standing in water. The room's wifi was slow and unreliable as it kept disconnecting. I got a good price on the room, but I believe it's used for single guys picking up girls on nearby Soi Buakhao. I don't think I'll be going back.

Stayed for 4 nights, clean room and the hotel in general, nice rooftop pool, friendly staff, needs an elevator in the old building, definitely be booking again......
