Staff lady was nice. The rooms were a bit dirty, a lot of places to bump your head if over 5' 7. Overall okay, for the money.

We extended our stay by 3 days after the first day and we were later moved to a different room, a price was agreed on and then when we were leaving the owner, an Australian who speaks perfect English and had set the price, withheld 100 baht, deciding to charge an extra amount for the room for the last night for no reason. We argued and I told him that we had agreed on the lower price and I would give Jomtien Guesthouse a bad review if he didn't honor the price we had agreed on and he told us "I will just have it deleted". Wow!

This Review is for who is staying in the last floor

The location was good and it was good price for what we got, kinda big room with a refrigerator and a air conditioner at total it was okay but we had another bad things.

The bed was horrible and my back was always hurts.
We was on the last floor, it was 5 floor and it can be hard to old people.
The bathroom is a one floor below and what is annoying that the staff always can walk on this floor because they have a staff room there,
We had a feeling that our room was for staff and than they decided to make it for guests too.

Something IMPORTANT that you should know!
We saw the rooms that is not in the roof top and they was look good!
So my suggestion for you is not to take the roof top room.

I gave this place 4 staff because I saw what good rooms this place have even we had bad room.
