This hotel is a fabulous slice of real Thailand tucked away in an absolutely bustling section of the city Pattaya, Thailand. It's a stone's throw away from wonderful nightlife, a FANTASTIC outdoor food court called "Tree Town" where you will find the best kabobs in ALL of Thailand and, finally, Artem's Guest House. The owner is an endearing woman by the name of Lucky. I was the lucky one to meet her and find this wonderful establishment. ????

Would give 0 stars if I could. Owner was very rude, despite us booking over 1 month in advance and confirming our booking, had no room for us to stay. She was extremely unhelpful and offered no apology. Would not recommend to anyone.

Very friendly, nice big rooms, near the beach on quiet sidestreet, good price.

Booked it on booking, some person over there checked it and didn't give the room.
