I have staid in this guest house two times. In general I like it, they do good work.
Likes: spacious rooms, welcoming staff, availability of different furniture, unusual old furniture and decoration, balcony (for 2nd floor), laundry inside, location (close to beach), calm street, good ratio price and service, trust to customers (no deposit required)
Less liked aspects: AC is old and noisy, they do not provide drinking water (but hot boiled water available), booing only with credit card (!), some specific smell in rooms (possibly from wet)
I recommend this guest house
