Great location. Nice room. Nice amenities. Service for the most part was excellent. The front desk, doorman, and valet team were exceptional.

Some of restaurant staff, particularly, rooftop and breakfast cart seemed to enjoy talking about and laughing at their guests. This made the whole team look bad and very unprofessional.

However, majority of service staff were very good. They go above and beyond for great customer service.

The hotel is a paradise for kids and families!! I went there by myself with two kids (crazy right?) so I was a bit worried with never ending sister-brother fighting but they were so entertained that they didn’t have time to fight! The swimming pool is not massive but well sectioned with quieter deeper pool, shallower area as well as exciting water park with fun sliders. My kids loved the sliders just again and again… not that only the pool that is amazing but the hotel offers a Lots of activities for kids and families. Several times in a day, they run kids activities like games and kids Zumba as well as free slushy and marshmallows! They also have a (fake) lawn areas where kids can sit and do crafts and mini soccer, badminton and archery all day. The free air hockey, table tennis were also so much fun - we woke up early and did a bit of sporting activities before the breakfast. Also they had 3D games for kids and adults - that’s not something my kids do often so added another memorable fun moments. Staff were all friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast was excellent with lots of made to order choices - salad, cheeses, breads, sweets.. all were so good and fresh.
Room was tad small but good enough (as we were at the pool side all day.) for us.
Conveniently located on top of Terminal 21 that has supermarkets and lots of restaurants.

We loved our stay and will come back for sure!

This is one the best hotels in Pattaya especially for family who have kids below 10. The kids and water park on the F floor is really good. The view from our room is spectacular. The only thing we don’t like is that there were so many people checking in at the same time. Took a long time to get the key and guested they are short staff.
We all together 5 rooms everyone is happy. Thanks to the hotel staff!!!

Very new and nicely managed hotel. Facilities and amenities are in good condition and very clean. Staff are very professional, attentive and friendly. Breakfast is superb, don’t miss.

Also great swimming pool and fitness center as well as game room.

Hotel is located in the same area of Terminal 21 Shopping Mall.

Recommend.

Check-in was quite time-consuming and a bit complicated.
The room, which was not ready yet even though we arrived after 2pm.
is modern and functional with enough storage space and sockets, the safe is placed in a very user-friendly way.
In the bathroom, the WC with integrated shower function is particularly noteworthy.
The pool for swimmers is quite small for so many people I saw and could be deeper at least on one side.
There was a foam party in the non-swimmer pool at the weekend for the younger children, which was quite fun.
The selection at the breakfast buffet (we had to queue for a while to enter the breakfast room) is very extensive, but not so much for westerners; personally I missed wholemeal bread and a larger selection of fruit.

Good breakfast and lots of activities for the kids with a water park and kids club and gaming tables. Very nice facilities. It loses one star for being a dry hotel and not serving and alcohol at the bar. Very strange for a Pattaya resort not to serve alcohol but I believe they are catering to a certain clientele that doesn’t believe in drinking alcohol. Another star is lost due to the beds being very small. Why no king size or queen size beds? Another problem is they do not provide enough toilet paper daily for a family stay. Toiletries need to be replaced daily and run out quick. Could easily be a 5 star resort if beds were bigger and bar actually served alcohol.

The hotel has nice rooms and facilities and a nice view however my biggest issue was Noisy rooms. Can hear next room all the time. Connecting door with other rooms. Can hear everything. Shower. Toilet. Noisy corridor. Kids and people shouting and opening closing doors all day. Very bad soundproofing. Will never stay here again. Booked suite for privacy but not able to get good sleep in this hotel. Very frustrating and annoying. Lots of kids and children in the hotel. They should have separate floor with families and kids and separate for business and solo travelers. Not give same floor.
