Always a dependable place to get a decent meal at very affordable prices. Salad and soup buffet has maintained its consistency all these years. Grilled items are pretty decent.

Good Western food with Salad buffet. You can also have just the sald buffet for 180 b. They are well trained for covid-19 safety

The absolute worst Sizzler I've been to in Pattaya. The service was slow, the salad bar lacked many offerings. It took over 35 minutes to get my meal, I sent it back for take away.

The newest branch of the SIZZLER chain of restaurants in Pattaya is located on the third floor inside the Terminal 21 mall. Food and service was very good on my visit. I ordered the special @ 209 Baht. The crumbled fish filet came with French fries and a dipping sauce. The fries had the skin on, what I personally like and that suggests that they might be made in house. The fish was fresh and the fries hot and crispy. Not the kind of soggy sticks they serve at other well known places. The salad bar was included in the before mentioned price. With the soda refill the bill came to 248 Baht for the main dish, salad bar and the drink.

Sizzler @ Terminal 21 is defenately a good place for a decent lunch.

I would say the salad bar is the only decent thing. Regular American food with unenthusiastic service. Would never recommend to anyone.

I don't know what happened in this branch after Covid but the service is just very slow, unenthusiastic and poor.

Everything, from getting a table, to get your drink, yes, even to pay is going in slow motion. The salad buffé is lacking some items and some items is running low in the bowls. Not like other Sizzler branches I visit.
If you order a refill drink you are lucky if you receive the drink before you finish your food. If you manage to get a refill (that you paid for) you are even more lucky. They don't even manage to give you proper cutlery. Of course you get a spoon for the soup if you ask for it but the whole atmosphere at this branch just screams unenthusiasm. Sad, because I like the location.

After 3 visits during the last 2 weeks, all on weekdays and not at peak time I realized I have to change branch.

Doesn't Sizzler have any general manager in Thailand?!?!
