Decent gym.
Currently they have promotion for 799thb for 5 visits. That makes it cheap compare to other places

I bought the 800bhat 5 workout package or something like that. It is quality equipment gym as advertised. Great view, central location. Good kekbab shop outside.

Only draw backs...
Treadmills are not lubed properly, they all a little sticky. That is not acceptable for price paid.

It's 95% farang guys, do not go looking for eye candy. ????

Aircon is not on all day. Way too hot for me without it.

4 star though...i recommend.

Plenty of equipment, usually not too crowded so it's easy to get from one machine to the other without waiting.

Price isn't the best, but it does have a more luxurious gym feel especially with the view.

Apart from machines, dumbells, squat racks, and smith machines, there's a room with a standing punching bag and an open space with a big mirror similar to a dance or yoga class room.

Nice gym in Mikes Shopping Mall with a great view. Many machines, make it seem cramped. Better price than other gym 500 meters away. Overall, can reccomend.

Gym is air conditioned, not too busy, but only has 1 squat rack, which is unfortunately not adjustable. Surprisingly, there are tons of bumper plates. Plates are all in kg

This professional gym got the best view in the city. Good service with a reasonable prices, nice staff, well equipped. Really love this place

This is a really great gym with good facilities and prices. It's only 1,000 baht for 5 sessions, so if you're staying for a week it works out quite cheap. An individual session is 300baht so a bit more expensive but not too much. There's air conditioning and extensive cardio machines, free weights and weight machines. The cardio area also has a great view of the beach and sea. It was quite hard to find for me because I didn't realise it was inside the mall. However, all you need to do is find the mall and go to the 4th floor (the gym is inside).
