90% of the retail sales is at level 1 and level 2 only 2-3 store open most item I guess is fake product. Price are not cheap. Tourists price

It’s not a kinda big mall but definitely it’s worth visiting cause there’s lot of stuff here it’s so cheap and you can bargain for much better prices. There’s a KFC and other food options, but clothing, shoes, footwear and other kids and women’s stuff here is so cheap compared to the road side stuff.
It’s very close to walking street too, so instead buying outside you better come here and buy he same stuff for much better prices. There’s a sign at the elevators saying food court is in the 3rd floor, just don’t waste your time there’s not even a single food outlet available in the 3rd floor it’s almost kind of empty.

Mike's Shopping Mall was always a staple of Pattaya for cheap bargains in a mall come market atmosphere but its clear Mike's is being prepared for a makeover or complete redevelopment and as such has let itself go quite alot.

Spacious shopping mall and well lit up. If you are looking for cloths and toys at a bargain while at Pattaya then this is it. There is a food court with Thai food at the top floor. There are many branded as well as imitation goods for a reasonable price. Not forgetting the mobile shops for sim cards, batteries etc.
