Worth for the money paid, Cheap price very near to the beach road. Beach is 2 min Walkable distance from hotel.
Staffs were good.
Have enough parking place under the building.
Highly recommend those who are looking for cheapest hotel in this area near beachside.
Note- this hotel not attached to beach or beach view not available from hotel but only within 2 min walk through you will see beach. Can spend late night in the beach and can go room after playing in beach water within a time to get fresh up.
Natural beach hotel- overall Good hotel.

The hotel is in great location. Rooms are clean with great aircon. They also have a nice pool. The front desk people could be nicer and make sure you keep your reciets. They tried to make me pay again when I checked out. This has happened to me multiple times in Asia. But I still recommend this hotel.

Wish I could rate zero! 1 star is for the friendly cleaning staff who made our room pleasant.

Firstly, we arrived very early after almost 18 hours of travel, at 9.30am, and were immediately greeted with rudeness. The staff couldn’t check us in - which I completely understand- but left us standing in reception, with no offer of leaving bags or anything remotely useful. Eventually we left them in the reception hallway, not even in the luggage room next door. We asked if there was a toilet or somewhere to freshen up and they said we had to go outside by the pool. When we asked for towels for the pool there was this huge issue, staff literally wouldn’t even give us two towels to borrow for the pool, even though we’d paid for stay already. If we hadn’t paid we would’ve left, due to the staffs rudeness. We could see towels in the linen cupboard and they just kept saying “DONT HAVE” over and over. Eventually, after stating we would be requesting a refund online, to change our stay somewhere else, did they give us two towels.

The eldest female staff member on reception is the worst, which is reiterated by lots of other reviews too, and was shared by other hotel guests.

The hotel room was not in the front hotel, as pictured online, but a completely detached side building away from the beach. The outside of the building was shabby, bins were full and the pool area was dirty. The room was mouldy in the bathroom, towels smelt damp and the room was overall disappointing- it needs renovating.

The hallways were big and echoed, so it was noisy throughout the evening and early morning with people returning home at all hours.

You also have to pay a 500baht deposit for the door key- which too I understand- but this seems incredibly high. Especially as we are travelling on a budget, and this is half a days spending gone until you checkout.

We were hassled before checkout, both asked in the hallway when we were leaving, and then called before checkout to make sure we were leaving.

If you ever have to visit pattaya- and I don’t know why you would- I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

Hotel is situated right at the center of the beach with superb view and relaxing vibes. Room is not too wide but cozy and good for the price. One biggest drawback u003d no elevator and need to use the stairs.

The sign in the room said, 2 complimentary waters. We drank them. When we checked out we were told the water was not free. We mentioned the sign but the hotel took it out of our deposit anyway (at a price way higher than the 7-11 just outside). The hotel may make a little bit extra by scamming people this way (it seems like it is probably a common scam they use) but I think this is bad practice to do to customers

Firstly I would tell all that earlier reviews do matter...but sometimes, something's change for good. So request you to read my full review.

The hotel is very close to beach...just in centre of Pattaya beach road. I stayed here for 5 nights from 14 - 19 September 2022.
The rooms we got on 3rd floor were clean, bright, airy u0026 big. Earlier reviews show that they had issues with moulds..air con....yellow water....but we didn't face any such problem. Yes taking heavy luggage upstairs without lift can be a issue for some. The house keeping staff was very good, polite u0026 efficient. The towels need a change over for sure !!!!
The swimming pool has some issues thou. Needs some urgent repairs in regards to broken/cut tiles.
I think Main Natural beach hotel is under renovation so before you book make sure you are gonna get rooms in natural beach hotel or sila wing? We paid 800 Thb for room...but the banner outside said " rooms for 599 thb" so maybe could be a lower category rooms. Not sure about it.
The staff at reception was not bad with us, as it appears in earlier reviews. Had some security issues, but bought it to notice of hotel staff.
Finally to end it...all I would say is...It's worth for what you look u0026 pay for. Can surely consider it for quiet, pleasent, peaceful u0026 comfortable stay in budget....

Other than location, nothing great here. One of the worst reception I have ever seen. They charge for water although it was written complimentory. They just took away from your security deposit. Good for the guys who brings the girls from the beach. Certainly not for families.
