Owners are super friendly. They are an excellent help for directions and local travel. They speak decent English but still best to use a translator. Lots of Great Restaurants, a grocery store and local market nearby. Convenient Store and Laundry across the street too. Approximately 15-20 minute walk to Beach Road, Walking Street or a quick and cheap Bhat truck ride. Room was cleaned and free bottled water was provided daily. Showers had low very pressure. Safe and TV in Room. No Elevator. The Hallways are super hot. Free WiFi. Safe Area.

Nice rooms, somehow good location and friendly staff. It's clean and the beds are comfy. There is Aircon and a fridge which comes handy.

Unfortunately, I had a room next to the main road which was quite noisy. Cars, motorbikes are start driving at 5am. The light construction of the hotel doesn't isolate it very well. You can even hear your neighbours.

No breakfast included, no soap or other extras provided.

Believe the previous five-star responses. Such a nice, friendly, loving family running this hotel. They are there if needed, rooms huge, clean and spacious. I slept soundly here but asked for a room away from the main street. Far exceeded my expectations and they will give you a great rate. In conclusion, the best hotel/Air BnB experience in over fifteen years coming to Thailand.

Very nice place , quiet and comfortable , just 5 min walk to famous night life avenue . And beach just 15 min walk or 40 baht by motorbike taxi ,valuable for the money i payed. Sure will comeback again next year

The room is ok,but this woman and man in the service very bad.They not will welcome you,they never will smile.They so unhappy that you stay there.I check out after 2 days.If you want a friendly hotel so please never stay there.i never see bad thai people same this.

Had a great 3 week stay here.
Noise from the road out front is the only reason for losing a star
