Eric who runs the shop was extremely professional, helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to answer our questions about getting around Pattaya! His bikes were in great condition and plenty of helmets to choose from.

Remember to carry your driving license or international permits with you as police will very often stop tourists to do checks. We were stopped twice during our 2 day trip!

Swiss Bike is by far the best motorbike rental shop in Pattaya. We rented a bike for one week. The bike was almost brand new with very few kilometers on the counter. Everything was perfect. The service is also amazing. Our bike was delivered to our Hotel before our arrival.

As a comparison, a few weeks before, we rented a bike from another supplier. The bike was too old, the breaks didn't work, and we simply didn't feel safe on it.

We were really happy, we changed to Swiss Bike. We will for sure return to this shop. Very recommended

I rented a Honda Click 125cc for a week and had no problems. The bike was in good condition and serviced. I like that you are given a full tank of fuel at the start as saves you looking around and also clear you must return with full tank.
The costs of rental are very fair and the pricing structure transparent and clear.
Eric the owner was very easy to deal with, a nice guy. I'd have no hesitation renting a motorbike again from here when I return to Pattaya.

Hired a Yamaha Aerox for a week. Good price and top quality bike. Eric was great and the whole process was easy. Bike was fantastic and everything I needed for a short stay in town. Went to Swiss Bike because of the reputation and can confirm it’s a good company with reliable, high quality bikes. Thank you!

Got to call this shop since my usual renting place decided to be closed Saturday and Sunday ????.
Got a Honda pcx which was considered "old" and thus at a lower price, but the scooter was perfect and with all the gauges working (which is not often the case in Pattaya????). The desk girl were very helpful and when I returned the bike I met the proprietor who was really friendly. Will surely return on my next trip

We wanted to rent a scooter for 24 hours. The employee made a very annoyed impression, as we stopped her from using her cell phone. In addition, her price expectations were far above the prices, which are on the website. Unfortunately, a pick-up service at the hotel is also not possible. Maybe the employee just had a bad day, nevertheless, we can not recommend the rental.
