If you are headed to the Asok district in Bangkok this hotel is ideal. Easy access from the motorway, close to shops and decent restraunts in the area. Affordable, conveniently located with nice rooms. It's always clean and well looked after.

Close to Terminal 21 shopping centre. Rooms are old, power points not working. Shower was rubbish had to hold the shower head if you didn't want to the bathroom flooded. WiFi is the slowest of all hotels stayed at on this trip.

Great hotel with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are big and very clean. The staff is kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

I was very happy with my stay, some notable positives were: The staff were very helpful and friendly, I truly felt like a guest. Little things like the extra early check in and check out were done without hesitation. Your helpful attitude about my friends parking was another positive. I liked the room and it felt fresh and well maintained. Luckily I got the feeling that we were the only prople on the 14th floor so it was very quiet. Generally also, the location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the MRT.

Price Point vs Location is what adds to this hotel, which is why I changed from 4-star to 5-Star

My only negative, which is a very small was I felt the bed was a little too firm.

It was a good location near the sky train and very close to nightlife. The strip clubs are right around the corner so if you aren't into that sort of thing, I suggest just avoiding that street. Very close to good restaurants and bars (that aren't strip clubs). The pool is nice although the staff working at the pool seemed uninterested in his job. I enjoyed the sauna as well and the rooms are HUGE and kept very clean. The breakfast is really good too, a large selection of all styles of food.

Lobby and entrance of the hotel looks decent.
Tucked away in a corner away from the busy streets.
Family Mart is just outside the hotel, with a nice cosy bar downstairs.
The hotel is old, but the management has done a good job in maintaining it.
Fittings, doors, even the toilets are old, they are still clean enough to not show signs of mould.
Rooms are recently remodeled with laminate flooring which gives it a newer feel.
They are using bonnell spring mattresses, can feel some parts of the bed where springs are are broken/damaged.
Guest friendly, they do call your room to check if you are expecting a visitor.
the door access is still a physical lock and key... the size of the key chain might be an issue to some, but most people would just leave the keys at the reception before heading out.
The food found in the hotel is surprisingly good, even for 24 hour room service dining! (ordered 2.4k THB worth of food with friends)
Understand they are priced more to budget conscious travellers, so don't expect to see dental kits in the toilet.
complimentary water was always topped up regardless if you had finished the 2 bottles.
In room slippers provided were questionable... they aren't the disposable type.. and dont look clean.
Adjoining rooms available. ideal for groups of travellers.
