I feel unhappy with the staff here. I went here to do health check up and Man at car park scold at me and also the nurse at health center 3rd floor. Unsatisfied services.

My colleagues and I make an appointment before went to the hospital and have no problem. But when visit here have a problem the age haven’t reach to do some check up. I wouldn’t have a mess up if the staff told me before come here. Waste my time!

No more here again if anyone looking for the hospital to do health checkup should go to the other place.

I was checked into Ward 4A. The team has been very professional, responsive and helpful. They made efforts to ensure that I understood what was happening and were very hospitable. Great job from the nursing team to the catering and housekeeping team.
The room is very spacious and clean. Water is well stocked. The bathroom amenities are good. Does feel a bit like checking into a hotel.

Our experience couldn’t be better !!!
My wife underwent to an ovarysteyercotmy conducted by Dr SIRTHORN. Though it was clearly needed ( nodules ) , taking the decision to have the surgery was tough ,since approximately 2 years ago she got a heart condition . Needless to say that Dr Sirithor was more than a brilliant gynecologist- she was kind and sensitive enough to make everyone calm and confident . The surgery was a success !!! The success came also due to the outstanding pre work done by Dr Navi ( Cardiologist) ,Dr Wirote( hematologist) and the anesthesiologist. Thus, I am pretty much grateful that my wife’s life was on such professional and competent Drs hands - and above all God! After the surgery the recovery was smooth and comfortable because the best nurses , cleaners and catering services . Lovely and passionate people:

Feeling very welcomed here at Ward 4a ???? Nurses/Staffs were professional and friendly, I loved to see their smile and laughed. It’s a requirement to feel great and away from terrifying before going to the surgery room, is it not?! The doctor is the best. He could find the cause of my problem that no doctors could for 5 years! I’m super grateful.

Today I have had the 3rd treatment session with Physiotherapist Khun Pa and cannot hold back my compliments for her. She is very patient, caring and empathetic. She has made my treatment sessions worthwhile u0026 effective. She is very modest and will go the extra mile for her patients, is never rushed in answering my questions and clarifying my doubts, despite her above-average English speaking skills. She deserves the highest commendation for making your hospital proud.

I moved from the corona ward to this general ward. There are four nurses in charge. Before and after meals and before sleep, they will bring you medicine so that you don't forget to take it. As I am sensitive to the cold, I asked for extra blankets, and Janjira quickly arranged for them. When I told the nurse in the morning when I had continued diarrhea, the nurse contacted the doctor quickly, so I was able to arrange for my examination immediately. From the ward, a smart watch is attached to my arm. The smart watch seemed to detect something wrong with me when I stood in the bathroom in the middle of the night, so the nurse rushed to see me. In addition, thanks to the staff who take care of me, I can stay in the hospital with peace of mind.

I want to express my gratitude to my doctor (Dr. Surasak) and all nurses at the operating room at 3rd floor including nurses assistant nurses and housekeepers at Ward 4J, Japanese building.

They were very professional, helpful and responsive during my hospital stay.

The room was clean, nice, comfortable.and well equipped with first grade equipments and furniture.

I highly recommend this hospital to anyone who is looking for1st class medical service.
