PCR Test was done at 3:30pm, I got the result at 7:00am the next date. Very fast and smooth process. The clinic is not far away from Phrom Phong BTS (15mins walk). Highly recommended.

Good experience. Looked like many people were being looked after well. Nursing staff good and on site pharmacy too. efficient. english speaking.

Totally disorganized. I lost a 250 USD package from the US because I waited for their conclusion if they can write a doctor certificate for it or not (After visiting them twice and calling/emailing them multiple times). Wouldn't even trust them with a simple PCR test.

I had a video consult with Dr. Donna for a second opinion that was incredibly helpful. She listened to all the details and worked with me to figure out the best route. I eventually came into the office for a few procedures that I was very nervous about. Her and another doctor in the office were so helpful. They discussed all my options with me, answered all my questions and helped me make informed decisions. When it came to the procedures they were amazing in easing my anxiety and making them as quick and painless as possible. I’m really grateful for my visit.

The prices are far too expensive. Feels like that you are getting the tests done some where in Europe and not in Thailand. Just a normal Glucose test cost 1500 Thai baht where as even if you go to a branded hospital, the prices are almost one third. Same for other tests also. I went there and when heard the prices, they were shocking. Will never go back there or will not even recommend any one as its a rip off.

Agree with the several other reviewers about disorganization and rushed appointments. When arriving, I had to wait for over an hour just to be seen. During this time, no one was in the waiting room to help me out. Once I was seen , the appointment felt very rushed and didn’t feel genuine. I understand this is Thailand and not a western country, but she is a western doctor so I expected more. Additionally, I was told several times I would get an answer or email back about a question within a day and I would never get an answer so had to keep bugging them. I asked for a referral to a specialist for my issue I came and and tried charging me 800 baht consultation fee. I asked my thai girlfriend if this is normal over here and she said she has never had any doctor charge a fee for a referral. Not have I after seeing doctors in several countries. After I complained, they offered to do it for free, which felt shady. It’s been several days since and still no referral. I gave two stars instead of one because it is an English speaking facility but that was the only good thing.
