After a mix up where we were given the wrong room. We soon got to the Panorama View Suite. A super spacious room, with an amazing view and great facilities. Amazing bathroom, with a large full bath and shower separate.
The beds are comfortable Western style beds, about a medium mattress. Lovely clean white cotton bedding. I got excellent sleep

The rooms are spacious and clean. Concierge is on the 1st floor and for the check in you must go to the 8th floor. I recommend not taking a smokers room cause the smell is really bad and there‘s no chance to remove the smell in any way. You can‘t really open the windows and the air condition is loud and takes a lifetime to cool down. The bathroom is really dark so for ladies it’s impossible to put some make up on. But after all it was a decent stay for that price. I can’t understand the complaints about the staff cause they were always friendly and doing their best to serve us.

Stayed here for 10days 9nights. We booked duplex room. The interior is quite old and run down. They provided tea bags and coffee but, there's no kettle in the room and I've to ask for it. They also does not have iron and iron board in the room, also have to request for it and return it to them asap.
The bathtub is flimsy, bathroom lights is a bit dim.
The aircon on 1st and 2nd storey is not consistent. The 1st floor aircon is way too strong while the 2nd floor (bedroom) aircon is way too weak and it's very noisy.
Towels have stain all over. The bedroom tv is not working. The living room tv does not have many channels.
Wouldn't recommend to stay here if you have high standards for hotel.
Nearby amenities is good. Grab food is easily available, tailor suits is just down the street, pharmacy and 7 eleven is just opposite the hotel.

Nice rooms with cool views (duplex suite / corner suite), but outdated air-conditioning (no remote, really loud, and even the lowest fan setting blows at gale force) and beginning to show wear u0026 tear. Breakfast is good in choice and quality, but a bit disappointing for a five star hotel. Location is good, a quiet(ish) area on Sukhumvit, 5 min walk to BTS Phrom Phong. All in all good value for money (~ 60,-€ for junior suite incl 2x breakfast).

If you want food poison then this is your place!
This is no where near a 5 star hotel, a reasonable 3 star at best. The spa facilities are not available, although advertised.
There's a charge if you want to watch a family movie (it's not 1990 any more) dusty shelves in the wardrobe on arrival then the deal breaker...
I went to breakfast early yesterday morning and discovered that the buffet "hot food" was in fact stone cold but was about to be reheated by candles under the serving closh (excuse spelling)... So, one of the easiest ways of causing food poisoning was being employed by a 5* hotel.
Little wonder then that I had lost 2 days of my trip stuck in the room next to the bathroom!
I raised a complaint to the duty manager who said it would be investigated, I also demamanded the chef remove the food and replace with fresh.
The duty manager asked what he could do to compensate which I requested a comp room for the night, given if lost 2 days this seem to be the least they could do.. .I will sort it sir was his response.
Luckily, this morning I went to confirm that the comp had been made, to basically be called a liar.
He refused point blank that he'd agreed to the comp room. I escalated this to the Fu0026B director, who had been told a completly incorrect story of my complaint BTW, finally they offered me a late check out!!!

This is seriously some of the worst service I have received from a hotel, let alone one that claims to be 5*!

I have to say, that the waiting on staff in the restaurant are very friendly and attentive.

Stay somewhere else or bring immodiun.

Booked a junior suite which comes with an extremely large bed. Clean and bright with full length windows allowing sun rays to come into the room! The room comes with blackout curtains for privacy and good sleep too.

Junior suite is a duplex, so take note you need to climb to the second level to access everything else. The first level is simply a place for you to wear your shoes and head out. Room is big enough for two adults and two kids, all to share the same bed. They place a cute teddy bear in the room too so it will entice children!

Hotel service is fantastic with extra compliments to the concierge team who are always prompt to open the door and greet you every time you enter or leave the premise. The concierge team is attentive to your needs and automatically takes initiative to handle your luggages and heavy loots from your shopping to your room! As ours is a duplex, the kind concierge brought our loot up to the second floor too.

The only bad thing (?) is the hotel rooms’ corridors where it’s based on motion sensor. If it didn’t detect your movements in time, it may not light up and you’ll basically be walking through the dark corridor to get to your room. By the time the sensor lights up, you’re already very close to going past that area. So it feels a bit scary if you’re the scaredy type. It is good to be energy saving, but for overall feel of a hotel, I’d recommend for the hotel facilities team to install sensitive lights that lights up at least 2m ahead as soon as it detects movements.

There is a 7-11 nearby, take note to go to the one near RSU tower which is nearer. Hotel is located among many international cuisines, plus local eateries nearby along the main road. Take a 10-15mins walk to Rung Reung Pork Noodles (Michelin) and you’ll pass by Emquartier and Emporium along the way too.

Overall a good experience and I recommend it to travellers.
